- Complete the form below to book a 30-minute discovery call, during which we will ascertain the best AssessNET module to offer you for your free proof-of-concept subscription.
- After the discovery call, we will send you an order form to complete should you wish to proceed with the proof-of-concept subscription. This form will include the information we require in order to configure your system. We will also produce a personalised proposal, tailored to the specific health and safety processes you are looking to manage – that way you can see the required investment should you wish to extend your subscription beyond the free period.
- Upon receipt of the signed proof-of-concept order form, we will invoice you the set-up fee and book in your mobilisation meeting with your dedicated Project Manager.

Terms and Conditions.
The AssessNET proof-of-concept subscription is valid for any UK-based organisation who are not already AssessNET subscribers. The subscription is free for 6 months from the point of order, at the end of which the subscription will auto-cancel. The proof-of-concept subscription will attract a small set-up fee (£1,995) to contribute to the cost of configuring and mobilising your tailored system. If you decide to subscribe to a contract term of 2 or more years at the end of the proof-of-concept subscription period, we will happily discount the first year’s annual licence by £1,995 to offset the proof-of-concept set-up fee.
The free AssessNET proof-of-concept subscription is valid for:
- UK-based organisations that are not already AssessNET subscribers
- Any one module of your choice – see our portfolio for a list of available modules
- Up to 20 User Licences
- Portal Access for up to 500 employees
- 2 x 1-hour online training sessions
- Standard system reporting
- Please note that the following optional extras are available at our prevailing prices:
- BI Data Analytics Licence
- SSO
- Language Packs
- Data Exports/APIs
- One-time only for a maximum of 6 months
Additional modules and user licences are chargeable at our prevailing rates. Riskex Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the offer in whole or in part at any time. Offer not valid in combination with any other offer.
