James Sharp is Riskex’s CTO and founding architect of the Riskex flagship health and safety software brand, AssessNET. Safety professionals with expertise in IT are a rare find; but one that fits that profile is James Sharp, GradIOSH. James has taken his health and safety qualifications to NEBOSH diploma level. He was a programmer before joining Riskex to develop its cloud-based safety management system, AssessNET. “Whilst I was creating the AssessNET platform, I embarked on a professional learning and qualification journey so that I could better understand what health and safety leaders and practitioners need technology to do for them”.

Nikki Porter

Nikki Porter is the Riskex Managing Director, with responsibility for the leadership and development of the Riskex business, Nikki’s key focus is to drive forward the company’s evolution, leading the go-to-market strategies for its growing software portfolio and channel partner approach. Nikki Has more than 20-plus years of experience in the Risk Management and Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industries, with a strong track record of successfully bringing health and safety services and products to market. Her previous roles have included the British Standards Institution, Alcumus and Barbour EHS.

Quintin Matthee

Quintin Matthee, Head of Technical Operations for Riskex is responsible for the technical operations customer support team and has a strong background in SaaS project delivery management. Quintin also plays a pivotal role in the future direction of the Riskex health and safety management solution, AssessNET.

Andy Neal MSc

Andy is the Associate Director of Global Security Solutions at Cardinus Risk Management where he provides a range of clients with training in corporate travel safety, lone working, hostile environments, conflict management and behaviour profiling. Throughout a career spanning 24 years, Andy has a proven track record in delivering outcomes across regional, national and international projects in partnership with Government, Military and non-Government agencies. Highly regarded in his field, Andy has extensive experience, specialist training and a unique style of delivery that gets results. He has designed and delivered strategies on counter-terrorism, lone working, global travel safety, personal security operations training and procedures. Andy is the tactical security advisor to the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) and delivers masterclass talks on safety and security around the globe. He has a Master's degree in Terrorism Studies, where his dissertation reads, "Can security personnel detect hostile reconnaissance without the use of technology?"

Tony Manze

Tony Manze is one of the UK’s most experienced close protection experts. He has worked for law enforcement and government agencies both in the UK and overseas. His daily responsibilities included managing the protection response to several high-profile officials and the United Kingdom’s Royal family. He was a security advisor to the Government throughout the G7 and COP26, the state opening of parliament, and the late Queen’s funeral. His responsibilities included designing and authorising plans to protect many of the visiting world leaders. He is regarded globally as an expert in the risks posed by ‘fixated threats’. Therefore, in addition to his expertise in the field, he has travelled extensively, educating others in risk reduction techniques. His career has also seen him managing highly complex investigations, including terrorist incidents, kidnapping and organised crime.
