Customer Success Manager
Reporting to the Commercial Director, this new role is pivotal in the development of our Customer Success Strategy, to ensure that clients achieve maximum value from our software solutions and support our commercial activities to increase “share-of-wallet” in our Major Accounts. A key focus is to monitor & drive adoption, usage & expansion of services.
This role will involve managing and significantly improving our processes and taking ownership of customer service delivery to ensure the smooth flow of information to deliver services quickly and to a high quality, within customer timescales. Technical Operations Project Manager
Our Technical Operations Team includes Technical Support Engineers and Full Stack Developers who together, develop, deliver and support the Riskex suite of software packages under both our flagship health and safety software brand AssessNET and award-winning Covid management platform, Safe2Day. As part of our expansion plans, we now require a Technical Operations Project Manager with a strong background in business improvement and a desire to succeed through helping others to reach their potential.

- Ensuring the team is keeping to SLA’s and KPI’s across Technical projects and helpdesk (support tickets, client onboarding, product enhancement communications, training and adoption)

Business Development Manager
The primary purpose of this office-based role is to identify and qualify sales leads, present our solutions to potential new client’s and manage them through the entire sales cycle through to handover to the implementation team once the sale is closed.
As Business Development Manager, you must be capable of obtaining an in-depth understanding of your prospects’ business operations, along with an understanding of their key drivers for change and be able to articulate how our solutions align with these.
Demonstrating capability to drive a business conversation first, instead of a technical conversation, is essential, as is building relationships at all levels of a prospect’s organisation.
A key part of this role will be the ability for you to carry out live demonstrations of our software solutions and so being able to ascertain the specific client needs and identify how our product features translate into benefits will be key in planning demonstration requirements.

Riskex has enjoyed continued, double-digit growth during 2020 and as a result, we are now looking for a target-driven, resilient and motivated telemarketer to join our team in support our marketing and sales efforts.
The primary purpose of this role is to make outbound calls to prospects and client’s, in order to generate qualified sales leads and book online product demonstrations and appointments for our sales team.
