Accident and Incident Management (AIM)

Incidents and accidents rarely arise from a single cause, indeed most incidents can be attributed to multiple interrelated factors. Properly investigating these incidents can prevent the potential for a more serious injury to occur. AssessNET’s Accident/Incident reporting module allows organisations to record and then react to any incidents that occur.

A simple user interface allows users to quickly enter Injury’s, Near Misses, Dangerous occurrences, property damage and RIDDORS as well as launch investigations into each incident. RIDDOR reporting forms can then be created from the data entered ready to be signed and sent to the appropriate enforcing body saving time and effort at a potentially stressful time.

The Accident & Incident Reporting Module allows your organisation to consolidate its incident records in one centralised system that is accessible to all users, regardless of their location. This allows for detailed reporting and analysis of your accident history and performance, which then enables you to prioritise and focus any issues that may need addressing.

The accident and Incident Reporting Module on AssessNET also features an advanced statistical analysis tool allowing users to create graphs based on real-time data that can be used in reports and presentations.

All personal data contained in incident reports can only be viewed by authorised users, who you choose, to guarantee the privacy of the parties involved and meet the requirements of the data protection act.

The accident/incident module also integrates with other modules in AssessNET e.g. Manual Handing assessments can be attached to an incident involving a manual handling activity. It is also possible to upload photographs of incidents and attach them to incidents allowing you to show graphically the issues that you identified during your investigations.
